Refund Policy

We want you to be glad you ordered from us. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at discover@alflabs.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item.

What can’t be returned

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items that have been opened and used, unless the product itself was defective

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the format or size you’d prefer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
